Our fabrication shop has over 40 qualified welding procedures within the CWB, ASME & DNV codes. Our modern production facility combined with the strategic partnerships we have formed across Atlantic Canada ensures we can fabricate a wide variety of highly complex turnkey products to suit your project requirements. We provide custom fabrications and replacement parts in carbon steel, aluminum & stainless grades.
Responsibilities
- Review & create list of equipment, manpower and resources required to complete project with Superintendent
- Prepare & schedule daily tasks to staff.
- Submit daily toolbox meetings, payroll timecards with all required information.
- Ensure all PPE and HSE (Health & Safety) requirements being adhered to on site.
- Report any change requests or issues to the Superintendent.
- With the Superintendent, maintain project timelines by adjusting manpower as needed.
- Willing to travel as needed.
- Occasional weekend/evening work.

- Reports to the Superintendent.
Requirements
- 3-5 years experience as site supervisor.
- Minimum 5 years experience in metal fabrication and service industry projects.
- A strong desire to ensure the company operations are conducted in a Safe and Productive environment.
- Good listening and leadership skills.
- Be able to complete fingerprint/criminal record check for Controlled Goods Program and Government Security Clearance. (Contingent on hiring).
