The Role
As our Recruiter, you’ll be the quarterback of our hiring efforts—leading the charge to find, attract, and onboard skilled trades talent. This isn’t just posting ads and waiting; we’re looking for someone creative, driven, and connected who knows how to get out into the community, build relationships, and showcase why our shop is a great place to work.
Responsibilities
- Source and attract skilled trades talent through networking, outreach, and events
- Manage the full recruiting process from job posting to onboarding
- Partner with our internal leaders to understand hiring needs and keep roles filled
- Bring fresh ideas to connect with tradespeople and grow our network
Must Have
- Recruiting or HR experience (ideally in trades or construction)
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Creative thinker with great communication and organizational abilities
- Self-starter who can run the hiring process from start to finish
